This Regulation outlines the duties and obligations of persons conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must ensure that an emergency plan is prepared for the workplace that provides for emergency procedures and training and the maintenance of any such procedures.

AUSTRALIAN STANDARD AS 3745 – 2010

Planning for emergencies in facilities. This standard which has been prepared by experts in the field of Emergency Response sets out the role of the Emergency Planning Committee and the response procedures of the Emergency Control Organisation. The services of Emergency Evac Procedures conform to the requirements of AS 3745 – 2010.

AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL COMPETENCY STANDARDS

The Emergency Evac Procedures' Emergency Response Procedure training has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the Australian National Competency Standards – Fire Emergency Response which have been endorsed by the Australian National Training Authority.
